Return Period

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized/Personalized items
• Downloadable software products

How to Return 

To initiate a return, you can either:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
   
   OR
2. Log into your Camera Gear Shop UK account, view your order, and click the "Request Return" button.

Please include your full name, order number, and reason for return. Once your return request is received and approved, you will get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be included with your return shipment.

Shipping Costs 

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item unless it is a Camera Gear Shop UK error, defective, or the wrong item was sent. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. We will credit the original payment method used within 3-5 business days.

Warranty

All Trexo brand products sold at Camera Gear Shop UK come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
